Dr. Vazquez graduated from the Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas with academic recognition. He did his internship and clinical rotations with the best doctors around the Houston area. His clinical rotations included internal medicine, pediatrics, orthopedic surgery and sports medicine, physical therapy and chiropractic medicine.
Dr. Vazquez has continued his education by completing an extra year of postgraduate Acupuncture clinical training. He has training in soft tissue therapies and techniques such as myofascial release, active release technique, kinesiotaping (for joint injuries), trigger point therapy, laser therapy, extremity adjusting (ex. ankle, wrist), sport specific analysis and pre-surgical and post-surgical rehabilitation.
After injury, Dr. Vazquez helps patients with weight loss and returning to exercise plans for athletes and active adults.
